ABOUT ATCO REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS

Ann Thompson was first licensed in 1969 as a sales agent and in 1972 as a real estate broker. She has her CRS and GRI designations. Ann has been appraising real estate since 1980. She opened her own appraisal company in 1986 and was joined by her son, Robert Eichelbrenner soon thereafter.

She acquired her Certified General Appraisal license from the State of Ohio when licensing began in 1991. She was a real estate instructor for Southern Ohio College, Cincinnati Technical College. Services include commercial, income property, expert testimony, feasibility studies and investing.

Robert Eichelbernner was licensed in 1998. His expertise lies in real estate appraisals; FHA appraisals, foreclosures, construction inspection, expert testimony, and whole house inspection. He is an IFA appraiser and holds the office of treasurer of the Cincinnati Chapter of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. Bob is a real estate investor and construction expert.

Christine Eichelbrenner has been an apprentice appraiser with the company for one year and is working on her Ohio State licensing experience credits. Sheis experienced in residential and apartment/investor properties. She is a full time associate with the firm.
